Visa information
Every visitor needs to have a visa before entering China. For details on the visa application please see the recommendation on the web page of the embassy or consulate in your country www.fmprc.gov.cn or ask your travel agency.
To accelerate your visa procedure, it is recommended to apply for a tourist visa in your own country.
The organiser issues also a visa invitation letter to obtain a business visa. Each invitation letter for visa application is charged at EUR 70. Consulate expenses incurred for visa application will be fully borne by the applicant.
